Cohousing is a type of neighborhood designed and managed by the people who live there. Cohousing combines privacy and community in a clustered, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood.
You own your own home, as well as a share of the common facilities. The common buildings will include a large dining room, kitchen, living room, children's space, exercise room, and workshops.
We have been granted our comprehensive permit in Berlin, MA and will be breaking ground along with Camelot Cohousing this summer! We have 1, 2 and 4 bedroom homes still available for sale and welcome new folks!
