Early on in our group's history, we noticed email messages on the national cohousing list about hot issues in communities after move-in. Often they said "We wish we had discussed this before we moved in together!". We made a list of these issues, and over the years we have built some agreements and policies about them.
Also included in this section of the website are agreements and policies that we have put into place that will continue to be in effect when we move in.
